증상
- Administrators are unable to Revoke Agent Access from Service Desk Agents, as in the example screenshot below.
Nothing appears in the atlassian-jira.log.
원인
The service-desk-agents
has somehow become corrupted.
임시방법
- Delete the
service-desk-agents
group. - Add the appropriate users to Agent Access in the Service Desk Agents screen.
