문제

When JIRA Service Desk 3.2.0 users try accessing their Customer Portal, a blank screen is presented.

환경

JIRA Service Desk 3.2.0 with Database Custom Field 3.1.5 installed.

원인

This behavior can be caused by Database Custom field. The following bug ticket was created on Kepler-Rominfo's JIRA: https://bugs.kepler-rominfo.com/browse/DBCF-247 

임시방법

Disable the Database Custom Field plugin. After that, the Customer Portal should work normally.
